Overview
SaveFlow respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.
How SaveFlow Works
SaveFlow does not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted content. Our Service acts as a tool that processes publicly available URLs and facilitates downloads directly from third-party platforms. Downloaded files are temporarily cached on our servers for a maximum of 30 minutes before being automatically deleted.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content accessible through SaveFlow infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:
Where to Send DMCA Notices
Please send your DMCA takedown notice to: dmca@saveflow.net. We will review and respond to all valid DMCA notices within a reasonable timeframe.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include the information required under the DMCA and should be sent to dmca@saveflow.net.
Repeat Infringers
SaveFlow will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate or block access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
Important Note
Since SaveFlow does not host content, DMCA notices regarding specific videos or media should primarily be directed to the platform hosting the original content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). SaveFlow processes publicly available URLs and does not have control over the content hosted on third-party platforms.
